Kevin Costner's divorce from Christine Baumgartner continues to get messier by the day.
According to the documents, Costner’s team claims Baumgartner “cannot admit or deny an RFA because she does not understand the word ‘understood.'” Back in July, Costner claimed that the prenup stipulated that in the event of a divorce, theactor would have exclusive possession of his properties and Baumgartner would have to vacate any of the ones she was living in within 30 days of filing for divorce.
“Her refusal to answer these RFAs is just a stalling tactic designed to avoid admitting there the parties did not enter into any transmutation agreements,” the documents read.The claim is the latest in what has been a public and messy separation.
