The accompanying article says the actress is going through an “emotional crisis” because Cruise recently sent Suri an email asking to reunite after six years of being estranged.
“She’s living an absolute nightmare,” an alleged source tells the magazine. “Having Tom waltz his way back into Suri’s life after all these years is just so sickening and upsetting.” The supposed insider adds, “She’s broken down in tears numerous times. This negativity and stress is the last thing she wants to be dealing with. It’s brought back a lot of painful memories of the dark days with Tom.”
Cruise hasn’t seen his 13-year-old daughter in around six years, and it’s believed he cut off contact when Holmes removed the little girl from Scientology following their 2012 divorce. According to the magazine, however, Suri was “overjoyed” to hear from her dad and is looking forward to having him back in her life. “Along with the psychological impact this will have on Suri, Katie’s dreading the prospect of seeing Tom on a potentially regular basis,” says the anonymous tipster.
