This is Kate's second outing of the week.
Kensington Palace announced that the Duchess of Cambridge, who is a patron of Action on Addiction, would give a speech in recognition of the charity's work. Her visit today comes after she and Prince William visited Cumbria yesterday and attended Trooping the Colour on Saturday. At Trooping the Colour, Kate made her carriage debut with Meghan Markle and wore Alexander McQueen. Prince Harry and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, also joined her during the carriage procession.
