Why Kate Middleton felt moved to speak out on bowelbabe
Few can deny they have been moved by Deborah James' heartbreaking revelation that she is now receiving end of life care in light of her terminal bowel cancer. The podcaster told her followers she does not know "how long I've got left" as she said there was nothing more that could be done to save her.
