One of Jussie Smollett’s lawyer claims trial judge LUNGED at her when she asked for a mistrial
Tamara Walker, one of the lawyers representing Jussie Smollett, accused Cook County Judge James Linn of 'physically lunging' at her Thursday. Case looks to determine whether Smollett, an openly gay, African-American man, lied to cops when he said he was the victim of a hate crime in Chicago. The courtroom altercation allegedly occurred during a break from her team's cross-examination of a key witness in the case, Olabinjo Osundairo.
