A jury found Eric Pursley, 23, guilty of murder and two counts of felonious assault, a news release from Walsh’s office says. All of the charges included gun specifications. According to prosecutors, Daniel Stein, 58, of Studio City, Calif., owned several rental properties in the Akron area. On Oct. 5, Stein went to a property on Sumner Street in Akron that was being leased by Pursley, who was several months behind on his rent.A sentencing date has not been set.
