A judge granted a temporary injunction Wednesday which blocks the immediate release of records related to the investigation of Bob Saget's death.
The family of the late comedian filed a lawsuit on Tuesday to prevent the documents from being made public. According to the Associated Press, Saget's widow and three daughters want to stop the release of photos, videos, and audio recordings. In the lawsuit, the family argues they would"suffer irreparable harm" if further records were released publicly, the news outlet reported.The injunction will be in place until the court decides whether the records should be released.Last week a medical examiner's report stated that the actor died from an accidental blow to the head, likely a fall.
