The judge in the divorce trial of Rackspace co-founder Graham Weston cut short the trial Thursday, granting a directed verdict against Elizabeth Weston after she presented no evidence to support her claims in the breakup.

A lawyer for Graham Weston then asked the judge to make a directed verdict against Elizabeth Weston on her claims and defenses in her case, which the judge granted. Then, jurors were returned to the courtroom to hear testimony regarding Graham Weston’s claims. Your motion is denied.”Elizabeth Weston, 61, filed for divorce to end the marriage of more than 25 years in October 2020.
In his amended counterpetition filed in April, Graham Weston asked the court to divide the community estate “in a manner that the court deems just and right, as provided by the law, with consideration of all factors the court may consider including, without limitation, a spouse’s wrongdoing and financial costs incurred by a spouse while the suit is pending or after final judgment.”
The judge also ruled that any distributions from the trusts to Graham Weston during the marriage are his separate property.
