A federal judge recommended that Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes serve her more than 11-year sentence in a minimum-security prison camp in Texas, new court filings show

He also recommended that she be allowed family visitation, saying that it enhanced the possibility for rehabilitation. Upon release, Ms. Holmes would serve three years under court supervision, the judge said.
