The Portland Trail Blazers are expected to trade Jrue Holiday to another team after acquiring him from the Milwaukee Bucks in the Damian Lillard trade.
Holiday has a player option worth $37.4 million for the 24-25 season, which could give him some level of control over where he is traded. Sources tell the Miami Herald that the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers are teams that appeal to Holiday.
Holiday was traded by the New Orleans Pelicans to the Bucks during the 2020 offseason and helped the Bucks win the NBA championship that season.
