The appeal, filed Monday and obtained by Page Six, claims Caleb Williams “used the only [computer] that had child pornography on it [and] was tech savvy.”
Josh Duggar is blaming his former co-worker for his crimes in a new appeal filed in his child pornography case.
The disgraced “19 Kids and Counting” star filed the appeal in an Arkansas court Monday, claiming that government agents failed to interview or investigate Caleb Williams, who “regularly used the only [computer] that had child pornography on it, was tech savvy” and allegedly sent Duggar a text offering to “watch the lot.”
The documents, obtained by Page Six, also note that Williams, who worked with Duggar at Wholesale Motorcars, is a convicted sex offender. Duggar, 34, claimed he and his team wanted to call Williams to the stand but federal court prohibited it. “The Government responded, ‘The only obvious reason why the defense is wanting to call him is because he’s a sex offender,'” the documents state.National Sex Offender Registry
