Mims needs to win over the coaching staff this offseason or he will be gone.
Bowles won’t say much this week so there won’t be a lot of fuel to this storyline, but make no mistake, he will be very happy to humiliate the Jets on Sunday. Bowles loves a lot of people that still work for the Jets but he also has a lot of pride, and that pride was hurt by the team firing him after the 2018 season. Bowles got a tough deal here. He was paired with a general manager he did not know and Mike Maccagnan failed to provide Bowles with a lot of talent.
