The company that employed the now-deceased worker settled its case with OSHA.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration filed Gilamco Inc., which owns Gillian’s Wonderland Pier, $10,151 on Nov. 2 of last year for not ensuring that “each walking/working surface could support the intended load for that surface.”
