Electrical manufacturing company opens division in Jacksonville
A Birmingham, Alabama-headquartered s
ervice and manufacturing business that provides repair and maintenance for industrial electric machines and turbine equipment This new location is Jay Industrial Repair’s second field service division, and it enables the company to better serve East Coast customers. The high-bay facility is located at 3625 Rogero Road and spans 11,250 square feet. The building also has overhead crane capacity and will house the company's fully staffed electrical and mechanical field service team.
CEO Joel McMahon said services provided by Jay Industrial’s field service team includes motors/pumps/generators and gearbox removal and installation. Services include, but are not limited to, maintenance, alignments, vibration analysis, application analysis, MCE testing, dry ice blasting and engineering support. The Jacksonville location will also house an inventory of NEMA and ANEMA motors.
Jay Industrial Repair has a total of 10 facilities located throughout the Southeast that collectively span a total of 328,250 square feet.
