Taking to Instagram, the new mum shared a video of her kicking off a 12-week programme as she builds herself back up before hitting the road with Aljaz.
"Slow and steady wins the race . It’s scary to get back into training after so long because my body has definitely changed since Lyra, but I would not have it any other way! She is the biggest joy of my life and I’m grateful to my body for bringing her to me." Gemma Atkinson, who is also using Hach Athletic after welcoming her second child into the world a week before Janette and Aljaz became first-time parents to Lyra, was quick to respond, simply posting a string of clapping emojis as a sign of support.
