Former Made in Chelsea star Jamie Laing has shown off the results of his ten-week transformation after overhauling his diet and exercise routine before his wedding next year
Jamie Laing has debuted his washboard abs after overhauling his diet and fitness regime ahead of his wedding to fiancée Sophie Habboo next year.
The first snap was of himself with a more rounded stomach, presumably at the start of the diet and fitness overhaul as Jamie grimaced and pointed at his old physique. The picture then changed to Jamie post-ten week transformation as he showed off rock-hard abs, and bulging biceps in a pair of Calvin Klein briefs and black shorts. Over the top it read: "10 weeks later I'm a beast."His pal and former Made in Chelsea buddy Ollie Proudlock commented: "Old jamie back baby.
Sophie made the error as host Richard Madeley asked: “When are you getting married?” to which she responded: “May 19th —” before gasping at her mistake.“May, next year,” Sophie confirmed again.“I just outed it! Surprise!” Sophie announced laughing. “So I guess the wedding’s off then?” Richard, 66, said. Jamie replied jokingly: “That’s it, we’re done. We’re over!”
