In the video, he discussed why he had chosen to take a month-long break from the internet, provided updates on his mental health, and also referred to his merch-drama with Jeffree Star. Here's what he had to say...
"For the past three years, I have been literally addicted to filming videos and checking my social media," James explained."It got to a point where it was incredibly, incredibly toxic for me and my mental health."Going on to reference the drama with Tati and Jeffree, James continued:"After everything that just went on on social media, I just kinda needed some time to detox, slow it down.
Calling his month off"incredible and eye-opening", James also added that the break had been nothing but positive for his mental health and growth.He said:"I've done a lot of growing and thinking. I'm now able to leave my phone in another room and walk out and like, enjoy life, which sounds so stupid, but for me, that's like, major, major progress.
