James Argent reveals he put weight back on after gastric surgery
James Argent opened up about his weight loss journey as he appeared on Good Morning Britain on Friday.
James admitted on the morning show that he actually lost “too much weight” after the procedure, and put some weight back on, as a health measure.“But I think I lost a little bit too much weight. I mean, in my mind I told myself ‘The skinnier you are, the slimmer you are, the better’, but that’s not always the case.Following his weight loss procedure, James has committed to a steady fitness regime, as he’s been seen going for regular runs and has cut out binge-eating.
James told The Mirror: "My mum said to me, ‘I don’t recognise my son any more’ – and that really got me. It played on my mind and it was a big turning point for me wanting to change.
