It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's Rob McElhenny has shared an update on his mental health. The star is best known for being part of the main cast of the series, playing the co-owner of Paddy's Pub Ronald "Mac" McDonald opposite a cast that also includes Danny DeVito, Charlie Day, Glenn Howerton, and Kaitlin Olson. McElhenny is also the creator of the long-running FX comedy, which is currently airing season 16 on FXX.
