Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan received on Tuesday the credentials of Israel's new ambassador to Türkiye, Irit Lillian, as the two countries resume full diplomatic relations since 2018
Irit Lillian, Israeli's charge d'affaires in Ankara since January 2021, became ambassador after presenting her letter of confidence to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday.
At the presidential complex in the capital Ankara on Tuesday, Erdogan welcomed Israeli Ambassador Irit Lillian, marking the first appointment by Tel Aviv since 2018.
