For several minutes, officers ask 36-year-old Michael Frierson to come outside and talk with them.
Frierson's sister told her mom to go inside and tell him to come out. His sister also told officers about another sibling inside the apartment at the time. Nine minutes after police first knocked on the door, their body camera footage shows they kicked it in. The video shows Frierson moving his hands towards an officer's head, and the officer shoots him.
