This was delicious! So easy for so much flavor and richness. I didn’t have any issue with my Instant Pot. Bought to simmer on sautée setting, then hit cancel and started pressure cycle. Worked like a charm.Incredible recipe. One of my favorites EVER. The trick to avoid the"burn" is to skip the first part of the recipe where you bring it to a simmer before closing the lid. Just mix the polenta with cold or room temp water in the IP and close the lid and start the pressure cooking.
Call me crazy but shouldn't the 4 cups of water also be listed in the ingredients?This is my second time making this recipe, the first time I was slightly confused because the written recipe and video with Carla are so different, but this second time it came out perfectly. I followed used the same proportions for ingredients, but just dumped the polenta, water and salt into the instant pot like in the video.
