Williams, known for his role as Greg Brady in “The Brady Bunch,” made his television debut at the age of 11 as a guest role in the series “Run For Your Life.” After several other small television parts, he landed the role of Greg Brady in 1969. The series ran for five seasons before being canceled in 1974.

This 2,800-square-foot mid-century modern style home sits directly on the beach, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. With a double-height wall of windows, the entire back half of the home has views of the water.
The porch overlooking the ocean has clear barriers so the views aren’t obstructed. While the home has expansive views, it is designed for privacy with very few street-facing windows, a courtyard entryway and gated-community feel.During high tide, the ocean comes right up to the house. A two-story stone fireplace in the great room visually connects the two levels by drawing the eye up to the post-and-beam ceiling.
This view of the lower level shows the double-height ceilings and windows that bring in the ocean view. The master bedroom has a private porch with ocean views, and an indoor balcony off the master bedroom looks over the great room below.Community association fees of $417 per month also come with the property.
