Located in the lush hills of Topanga, the "small" cottage offers guests a "private fairytale oasis" away from the commotion of LA city life.Built in the 1920s, the "very old home" was used as a "hunting lodge and retreat for the wealthy," host Swimmer wrote in the listing. Everything in the house — from the ceiling chandelier to the gothic-styled mirrors — is vintage, she said.
