Inside pregnant Leona Lewis' life now as she turns 37 – from Simon Cowell split to disease
Leona Lewis shot to fame on the 2006 version of X Factor and was a firm fan favourite, beating the competition to be crowned the winner. Her sell-out winner’s single – a cover of Kelly Clarkson’s A Moment Like This – subsequently became Christmas number one, firmly cementing her as the golden girl of the UK pop scene.
It seemed like she had the world at her feet, but a 2014 disagreement with SyCo boss Simon, 62, about the direction of career led to Leona leaving the record label. Lewis met German-born Dennis Jauch back in 2010 when he was a backup dancer on her "The Labyrinth" tour. They began dating after Leona split from her longterm boyfriend of eight years, Lou Al-Chamaa.
She's celebrating her 37th birthday on 3 April, and recently announced that she was expecting her first child with Dennis via Instagram saying: “Can’t wait to meet you in the summer”. Become an OK!
