He glossed over mentions of Irving’s off-court controversies, which include sharing and then refusingAnd — most notably once Irving and Doncic— Kidd shared his vision for how he’ll continue to coach Doncic as a do-it-all superstar, but now one whom Dallas hopes will no longer need to initiate almost every offensive play and carry the burden of massive production to eke out victory.
