Former offensive lineman for the Indianapolis Colts, Matt Ulrich, has died.

Colts’ owner Jim Irsay announced Ulrich’s death on social media, saying that he was heartbroken over the player’s death. I am heartbroken to hear of the passing of Matt Ulrich. Matt was with us only two seasons, but left his mark on many. Great guy, I hear he was a great dad---and he was a Super Bowl champ. My prayers to his family. 🙏— 2005 and 2006 — appearing in 10 games on the offensive line, including as a member of the team that won Super Bowl 41,
Ulrich was the star of Streamwood High School’s football team in Illinois where he also competed in shot put,reported. He attended Northwestern.
