Former US President and 2024 presidential hopeful Donald Trump at the 2023 Conservative Political Action Conference in Maryland has vowed to do whatever it takes to continue dominating US politics. Nothing, he insisted, will stop him. Other venues are expected to follow, after Trump has pledged next year’s race for the White House will be his “final battle” in his quest to dominate the national political landscape.
That move, were it to come, would split the Republican vote and open the door for President Joe Biden to waltz back in to the Oval Office.
