A number of products have been recalled.
Tesco, Morrisons and Iceland have all issued warnings to customers, urging them to return the affected items, reports Chronicle Live. The Food Standards Agency - the Government department responsible for food safety across the UK -published the warnings on their website amid possible safety fears.
These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product. This inclusion of milk means the chocolate is a possible health risk to those intolerant or allergic to milk, or similar dairy products.Best before: July 2023 and August 2023 Whitaker Chocolates has told customers to return the bar to the store where it was bought for a full refund.
