New York Fashion Week—also known for those in the industry as a month filled with “no sleep, bus, club, ‘nother club, ‘nother club”—is in full swing. While the fall 2023 season officially kicked into high gear on February 10th, there were plenty of presentations, parties and dinners leading up to the full five-day main event. In fact, the stars descended upon Manhattan early to toast Paco Rabanne’s new fragrance, FAME, with a party attended by the face of the perfume, Elle Fanning.
Model Veronica Webb had the honor of presenting the Pioneer Award to the legendary model and advocate Bethann Hardison for her trailblazing career and activism in the fashion industry. Sophia Roe served as the culinary creative director and a host committee member for the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala and curated a delicious menu for the evening—featuring crab cakes, short rib, and apple crumble.Paco Rabanne kicked things off with a celebration of its new fragrance, FAME, at Lotte New York Palace on January 26.
