He found a spot in Parc Tawe Retail Park but "was unable to park further in" as a large 4x4 had its rear "sticking out" of the space opposite. And one week later, Craig received a letter from carpark owners, Swansea-based Eternity Fire and Security Ltd, ordering him to pay the fine within 28 days. The notice included two pictures of his Ford Focus which showed his back wheels sitting on the white line of the space and claimed he was "not parked correctly within the markings of a bay or space".Read more on Motors
