The safari park was given a big festive makeover
The 'Enchanted Trail' at Knowsley Safari has become a Christmas tradition for many, and with last year's event selling out, I thought I'd give it a try.
As soon as I stepped foot in the safari park, I felt instantly festive. I'd go as far to say I was actually surprised at how festive I felt, because I wouldn't usually associate a safari park with feeling Christmassy - but I was so wrong! Since I was visiting with my partner and no children, I'd wondered if we might feel a little bit left out, but I was soon reassured when I saw plenty of couples strolling through the trail, enjoying the festive lights.
