I tried a Tiktok frozen windscreen clearing hack and it didn't turn out exactly how I planned
It seems like there's a hack for everything these days and with temperatures dropping to below zero this week, it's no surprise that there's been a flurry of new Tiktoks for coping with the freezing weather. Scrolling through my feed last night, I spotted one for clearing a frozen windscreen in record time.
I won't lie, initially I was dubious. You often see videos online and question whether they're legit, but, knowing it was minus something outside I had an early drive to the office I thought there was no harm in giving it a try. So, how does the hack work? Next I headed to the car to test it out. My windscreen was thick with ice so I started the engine and got the blowers going as a back up. I popped the bag of warm water on the glass and started wiping away, and just like in the video, the ice melted instantly.
