Green has owned his property for 15 years and claims he has never had any issues with parking before the freshly painted lines appeared. He argues that Northumberland County Council did not give him notice before they planted the yellow borders around his only parking space. Green recently renovated the home and rented it out to a new tenant who, he claims, no longer has anywhere to park.
