Bandera Ventures — which has a track record of building some of North Texas’ biggest industrial projects — is developing the Wilmer development in partnership with Invesco Real Estate.“The ideal location, adjacent to I-45, will provide easy access and connectivity, optimizing our customers’ production and distribution processes,” Tom Leiser, partner at Bandera Ventures, said in a statement.
