Minutes after being called to the first scene, police received a report of another body found less than 10 miles away. It's unclear if both scenes are related.
Houston police are investigating two scenes in the city's southeast side after reports of a body found at each location.At about 6:59 p.m., HPD officers were called out to 5900 S. MacGregor Way, after reports of a person found in Brays Bayou.
Officers said someone along the trail flagged down a nearby officer after spotting the body. The body, whose identity has not been revealed, is that of a man.Then, less than 10 miles away, police received a call at 7:25 p.m. of another body found at 8500 Findlay Street near Sims Bayou. People were in a home's backyard when they spotted the body, which appeared to be far into its decomposition stage.An investigation remains into both cases.For updates on this story, follow Briana Conner on
