Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon in "The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon" airing on Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, on AMC.The storyline is, “Daryl and Laurent travel to the nest while Isabelle considers her next options and Genet enacts her plan.”
In the new series, AMC said Dixon “washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan.”
Dixon was a popular character in the original “The Walking Dead” series that ended its 11-season run in November 2022.
