I bring sesame oil with me, and I'll try to do an oil massage all over my body before I shower, and that kind of helps my whole body feel hydrated. I'll do coconut in the summertime. When I was younger, I didn't take as good of care of my lips, and they just would get worked from the sun. Being so high up on, like, glaciers, you get the reflective light, and it just burned my lips. So now I try to take especially good care and keep them hydrated and protected from the sun.I know when we all go to Asia, we all buy those nice face masks that you put on during flights. I also love making my own clay mask with bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar.
