Screen Rant is proud to present an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip from Brendan Fraser's triumphant cinematic comeback, The Whale. The Oscar Award-winning A24 film has just been released on digital, Blu-ray, and DVD through Lionsgate, packed with plenty of extra insight into the creation of the haunting story. Directed by Darren Aronofsky , The Whale is based on Samuel D.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY In The Whale, Fraser embodies Charlie, a kind-hearted but withdrawn English teacher whose morbid obesity and declining health prompt him to seek out a relationship with his estranged daughter Ellie . His only other friend is his nurse Liz , with whom he shares a recent tragedy and who keeps him honest in a difficult world.
The Whale home release contains bonus content that includes "People Are Amazing: Making The Whale" and "The Sounds of the Sea: Scoring The Whale." There are also subtitles available in Spanish and English SDH, and the film has a runtime of 117 Minutes.The Whale is now available on Blu-ray™, Digital, and DVD.
