Believe it or not, Phoenix technically has a price tag, and according to a new report by the city’s economic development department, the price is going up.
PHOENIX — A growing full cash value is just one measure Phoenix uses in its recently released economic indicators report.
The department assessed the value at $4.8 billion, a 6% increase year to date from last year. Property taxes for existing structures was assessed at $15.5 billion, a 4.7% increase.
