For over 20 years Strictly Come Dancing has entertained the masses with dance after stunning dance, but how much are the celebrities, dance pros and judges paid to take part?
After delighting fans for over 20 years Strictly Come Dancing has become an annual Autumnal staple, as it brings a little glitz and glamour to the changing seasons in the run up to Christmas.
Tess Daly & Claudia Winkleman While no official figures have been released for 2023, it is widely believed that both Tess Daly, 54 and Claudia Winkleman, 51 earn around £150,000 for each series of Strictly that they host. However, reports have suggested that each star is paid a flat fee of around £25,000 with their earnings steadily increasing as they progress through the competition.
However, it isn’t just the main Strictly show that can help them earn some extra cash, as participation in Strictly Come Dancing: The Professionals tour, also comes with an additional wage too! The highest earning star of the bunch is Shirley Ballas, 63, who first joined the Strictly judging panel back in 2017 with a salary of around £180,000 per series.
