Local restaurants are organizing ways to get aid to earthquake victims.

On Feb. 16, chef and owner Anita Jaisinghani will donate all sales — not a percentage or portion, which is most common — from her restaurant Pondicheri as well as her upstairs Bake Lab. Giving back is not new for Jaisinghani, who donates a portion of sales on the second Saturday of each month to an organization. This year she’s focused on raising funds for World Central Kitchen, a non-profit founded in 2010 by celebrity chef José Andrés after an earthquake hit Haiti.
