U.S. District Judge David Hittner sentenced Xavier Jay Reyes after he pleaded guilty Aug. 15, 2022, to two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of distribution of child pornography.
During the investigation, officials discovered that Reyes was creating and sharing images and videos of a young girl"engaging in sexually explicit conduct," the release said. The images and videos also depicted Reyes"engaging in violent, coercive and degrading abuse" of the girl. Authorities also found a collection of 907 images and 781 videos containing child pornography in Reyes' possession.
