Man charged with murder over shooting that followed car crash
over a shooting that left another man deadChristopher Pete Santos, 21, of Houston, was being held at the Harris County Jail on Thursday afternoon. His bond hadn't been set.Santos is accused of shooting Francisco Arizu Estrada after a crash between a Chevy Malibu and a pick-up truck in the 5600 block of Antoine on Wednesday evening, according to police. Santos and Estrada were both involved in the crash and had gotten into a verbal argument that escalated into violence, police said Thursday.
He was scheduled to appear in court at a probable cause hearing on Thursday night, according to court records.
