A man is accused of fatally shooting a man in the torso in northeast Harris County.
A Houston man is accused of fatally shooting a man who was found Sunday in a northeast Harris County garage, court records show.
Emound Kornelious Mosley, 27, has been charged with capital murder in connection with the death of Gavin Ally, 45, according to court records.Sheriff’s deputies around 5:20 p.m. Sunday responded to a report of a medical emergency in the 17600 block of Olympic Park Lane, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. They found a man, dead from a gunshot wound to the torso.
A witness told investigators he was friends with the dead man and had found him after noticing his garage door was open and his vehicle wasn’t there, officials said.
