More damp conditions are expected
Anyone hoping for clear skies might be disappointed as we head into he weekend with more showers forecast across Nottingham. So far, Friday, July 21, has seen a few downpours - and more are expected throughout the day.
The MET Office expects rain to fall until around 5pm today, its latest forecast for Nottingham shows. The skies are then expected to clear before more rain falls from around 11pm this evening. with wet conditions and grey skies expected throughout the day on Saturday, June 22. It comes as the UK has been warned to brace for up to a month's worth of rain fall over the weekend, as up to 60mm of rain could fall across a 48-hour period of Saturday and Sunday, medium-term forecasts indicate.
