“In homebargains today!” [sic] she wrote in the caption over a photo of Philip Kingsley-branded Moisture Balancing Shampoo and Re-Moisturizing conditioner., the price tag was £3.99, which is a far cry from the £21 it usually costs from their online store as well as other retailers, including Marks and Spencer and Lookfantastic.“These products cost a fortune!” one person exclaimed.
