Matthew Cademartori, 25, of Northfield, pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide and now faces seven years in state prison when he is sentenced on June 19, according to a statement from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. Cademartori was driving a Ford F150 west on White Horse Pike on Jan. 8, when he struck 67-year-old Absecon resident Talmadge Franklin, the office said. Cademartori fled the scene and did not report the crash to police.Cademartori was arrested at his home a few days after the incident occurred.
