After 20 years, this old school Polynesian restaurant will close its last Arizona location. Here's why and what's next for the Desert Ridge space.
"This has been one of our favorite upscale dining choices for approximately twenty years," Joe Carter wrote in a statement to The Arizona Republic as he expressed sadness about the restaurant's closure."Throughout the years, we have enjoyed many delicious meals, beverages and family events at Roy’s, most notably their fantastic wine dinners."
