, the rock group he formed in 2005 after Blink-182 went on hiatus and which has released five studio albums to date, most recently 2014'sAccording to Hipgnosis, Blink-182 has sold over 13 million albums in the U.S. and over 50 million albums worldwide to date. Its biggest commercial success was 1999's, which spawned the hit singles "What's My Age Again?," "Adam's Song," and "All the Small Things.
The California band, which features Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, has had eight albums chart in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 and two No. 1s: 2001's TAngels and Airwaves’ highest-charting album release is"The influence of Blink-182 on today's artists is massive," said Hipgnosis Songs founder. "If you're under 27 years old and making music they are a seminal band.
Since its launch in July 2018 to 30 September 2019, Hipgnosis has spent just under £320 million on full or partial stakes of 27 catalogs according to its latest financial results, published in December.
